STANDARDS
Content Standards
Atta exists to make feeds useful. These standards describe the principles we design the platform around and what we expect from content on it. They will evolve openly as the product grows.
Source attribution
Posts that reference reporting, research, or data should keep the original source one tap away. We design post formats so that attribution is a first-class part of publishing, not an afterthought.
Real professional identities
Information is easier to evaluate when you know whose perspective it represents. Experts and organizations can verify their identity, and profile context — role, field, affiliation — stays visible where content appears.
Transparent content context
Labels make clear what a post is: an original insight, a summary of someone else's work, an opinion, or an organizational update. Where automated summarization is used, it is labeled as such.
Relevance over virality
Ranking on Atta favors usefulness to the topics you chose over raw engagement. We deliberately avoid mechanics that reward outrage, baiting, or repetitive reposting.
User-controlled personalization
Your feed starts from your explicit choices — topics, people, industries, organizations. You can review and change those choices at any time.
Reporting and review
Reports from the community go to a real review process. We do not claim every piece of content is verified or unbiased — we commit to clear context, functioning reporting tools, and transparent correction when something is wrong.
